MEET OUR FOUNDER

Pegah Hajipour, Founder and Visionary-in-Chief
Welcome to Behavioral Insights Training and Development. I am Pegah Hajipour a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA). I have worked for over 15 years supporting individuals with special needs and their families, and my experience spans across school environments, in-home settings, and community-based programs. I am deeply passionate about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the transformative impact it can have on the lives of the individuals I serve. One of my main areas of interest has been to provide structured and dedicated supervision sessions to behavior therapists/technicians and learning support assistants. I have also provided trainings and workshops for therapists and educators across topics ranging from behavior management strategies to professional crisis management. I find great fulfillment in parent coaching sessions, as my goal is to empower families, guide them in their advocacy efforts, and equip them with the tools needed to support their children’s growth and success. I am committed to promoting the mental well-being of children facing challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and anger, often incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my approach. My primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for those I serve, helping them achieve meaningful and lasting progress on their personal journeys.
Our Services
Individualized Trainings and Workshops
The training programs we offer are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Our services encompass a wide range of areas, including parent coaching, behavioral management strategies, therapist training courses, and professional crisis management trainings.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching offers valuable support to parents for a range of challenges, including behavioral concerns, learning difficulties, transition issues, and more. These sessions are designed to guide parents by modeling effective techniques, while providing opportunities for practice to ensure meaningful engagement and lasting success, all through constructive encouragement and feedback.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Consultation Services
BCBA consultation services aim to create a structured, evidence-based approach to promoting skill development and addressing behavior challenges, empowering caregivers and professionals to implement sustainable, effective strategies in the client’s everyday environment.
BCBA Client/Program Supervision
Following an initial assessment that focuses on an in-depth evaluation of the client’s behavior, strengths and challenges across different environments, the BCBA will then collaborate with the family, educators, and other stakeholders to set specific, measurable, and achievable, goals. These goals are typically focused on improving skills such as communication, social interactions, self-regulation, and/or reducing interfering behaviors (such as aggression or tantrums).
BCBA Supervisory Services
BCBA supervisory services involve overseeing and guiding the work of behavior technicians, therapists, and other professionals who are implementing ABA interventions. The goal of supervision is to ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and ethical implementation of ABA principles while promoting the professional growth of those under supervision. These services are typically provided to ensure that behavior therapists/technicians are effectively trained and are delivering high-quality services to clients.
